Secrets of Self-Discipline
We are rarely rewarded for our intentions. We are rewarded for our actions; our self-discipline in seeing something through. In this episode, I’m sharing my secrets of self-discipline, however, not for the purpose of achievement, but rather for the pursuit of becoming our best selves.
